At age 65, skin of arm crumples and relaxes naturally. The alteration

anesthesia.
-
Lifting axillary: In case of mild skin laxity, there is a lift axilla (armpit)
of the upper third of the inner arm. The surgeon smooths skin by reducing
excess skin in the transverse direction, then it sets the lower edge skin
in the axilla. The scar is hidden in the hollow, under the armpit.

The surgeon gives the curve in the arm redrapant skin, after removing the
excess skin. The incision is made at the outer limit of the inner arm and
then down the scar from the armpit to the elbow. The incision is very thin
in width (1 to 2 mm). The white scars and fade with time.
Consequences :
We put a bandage for 6 to 8 days until the removal of the threads.
Results :
To keep the results, we recommend doing calisthenics, wich targeted restore
