The buttock
implants can transform flat buttocks.
The implants
are filled with a frost of silicone. Round or oval, are coated with a limb smooth
or irregular silicone (said textured), to prevent movement and fibrous hulls
that make the buttocks very hard and painful. The choice of form is based
on the desire of each patient, the morphology of the pelvis and buttocks.
These implants
are also a different widths and different thicknesses. Implants correct only
the high part of buttocks, because of the passage of the sciatic nerve, in the
middle of the buttock. The prosthesis should not be in contact.
The operation is performed at the clinic under general anesthesia, and takes
about half past one. It installs the patient on his stomach before an incision
of 5 cm into the cleft to introduce the prosthesis after loosening the muscles
and superficial ways.
The patient stays generally at two nights in private hospital, always stretched out on the stomach, the only position authorized with the position up during the first two weeks: we never have to sit on the prosthesis. The short scars are hidden in the gluteal fold and easy to correct.
It is a
Slightly painful operation requiring the taking analgesics for fifteen days.
No return to work before this deadline and no sport for a month and a half.
There may be displaced prostheses, rare if not resume activity too soon, which
will require a second operation. The lifetime of implants is superior to fifteen
years and are almost never hulls. |
